Tourist Attractions Alleppey beach is one of the well known tourist spot. The beautiful backyard on the shore and buildings of a colonial rule attracts the tourists. 140 years old dock, which extends into the sea, Palm groves and an old gigantic light house are the other attractions. Vijay Park and Sea View Park provide incredible sights along with boating facility. 

Mararikulam Beach associated with water sports and Ayurvedic treatments is 12 km from Alleppey. 

Ambalapuzha : the famous Sreekrishna Temple which built in classic Kerala style is here. (14 km from Alleppy). 

Karumadikkuttan a black granite figure of Lord Buddha, the founder of Buddhism known as Karumadikkuttan, built in the 10th century is 3 km from Ambalapuzha. 

Champakulam St. Mary Forane Church built in 427, Krishnapuram Palace built by Marthanda Varma in the 18th century and the famous ancient temple of Sree Nagaraja (The King of Snakes) at Mannarasala are the main tourist places in Alleppey.
